RETURN POLICY
All sales from Just Me! Music are final. No refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement at no extra charge. To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD:
1. Send an email to gailt@justmemusic.com and describe the nature of the problem (if you do not have access to email, please enclose a letter with all of the information with your return). Please include your full name and the order number from your email receipt, and the title of the product that is damaged or defective.
2. Repackage and call for address. 1-877-977-4222. 3. Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 30 days of the original order. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD(s) work perfectly. |
